Who this is for

Milo is a private personal AI assistant operated solely for Tim. It is not a public service.

Google data accessed

With Tim's consent, Milo may access the Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts data needed to fulfil Tim's requests.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the personal-assistant function Tim requests, such as finding, reading, summarising or—when explicitly approved—updating information. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising or used to train a public AI model.

Processing and sharing

Requested content may be processed by the AI model provider configured for Milo, currently OpenAI, solely to produce the requested result. Google APIs and the configured model provider are the only external services involved in this processing.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored on Tim-controlled infrastructure with restricted access. Milo minimises retrieval and retention of Google content and does not publish it.

Control and deletion

Tim can revoke Milo's Google access at any time through Google Account permissions and can delete Milo's locally stored credentials and retained working data.
